Local office recognised for customer service

At the highly competitive Ray White New Zealand annual awards, local agency, Ray White Napier, was recognised for excellence in customer service.

Acknowledging their commitment to their client’s, the Napier team was the recipient of the coveted Clients’ Choice Award.

“A commitment to a superior customer experience is embedded within the Ray White Napier culture,” Sam MacDonald said.

“We have a customer satisfaction programme to make sure that we’re providing an unrivalled service and this is just part of our strategy to ensure we can be proud of every transaction.

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) forms the basis of Ray White’s Customer Satisfaction Program, and is an internationally recognised customer loyalty metric.

Designed to drive growth and increase business value, NPS ratings are generated through customer feedback and range from negative 100 to positive 100.

Ray White Napier’s NPS ranking sits at a positive 93%, one of the highest scores in the group.

Ray White managing director Dan White said the award illustrated the energy within the Group.
