Caron Wezel

Caron and her husband Carl both originally sat their Real Estate Papers jointly after getting involved in Property Investing whilst living in Wellington.  Collectively owning and managing over 10 rental properties around New Zealand gave them many additional skills to assist buyers and sellers, plus assisted them with being able to relate to a large demographic of people and property.

In 2004 they decided to move to the sunny Hawkes Bay to allow their primary aged children the lifestyle of living on a 6 acre block where pet horses, calves and motorbikes became their hobbies.  Caron at that point began her career in Real Estate, using her vast knowledge of property compliance, the finance industry and ownership in the New Zealand market.  In 2012, Carl then transitioned across from his job as Business Development Manager dealing with Council Demographics to join Caron in Real Estate. 

After many successful years in Real Estate, Caron took some time out in 2016 to return to her Finance background working at ‘NZ Home Loans’, followed by a job as Operations Manager for ‘Betta Inspect It,’ a nationwide Building inspection company, before returning to Real Estate in 2020 to work along-side Carl once again.  Her 25 years of experience in the property and finance sectors adding value to Carl’s many attributes.
