59 Greenwood Road Havelock North, Hastings District

This is one of the last residential sections currently available in Havelock North. The 1634sqm private rear section is located in Greenwood Road amongst the 'dress circle' properties of Havelock North. Bordering a large treed reserve with small stream running through it, this would be ideal for families wanting that extra bit of room for the kids to play, or those with a dog wanting somewhere for them to have a run around. Large flat area for building your dream home, treed bank with bush for privacy, and some nice established trees bordering the stream. Not suitable for relocated buildings and some council requirements for building apply. The owner of this 1634sqm section, has relocated and needs this sold now!
