409 Murdoch Road East Akina, Hastings District

Get your skates on-you are definitely going to fall for this fabulous 1950's home nestled on an enormous section with huge potential. So much charm here. The spacious, sunny lounge features character woodwork and original plasterwork and opens out to a wisteria covered veranda -just perfect for your morning coffee. This is an ideal family home with a separate kitchen/dining and 3 really good-sized bedrooms- one en-suite. Lots of useful updating has already been done as the home is insulated top & bottom and has a compliant fire & a heat pump, but there is still room to add your own touches to make it home. Outdoors a single garage with auto door, studio and woodsheds, with heaps of space for a caravan or motorhome at the rear completes a great package. Located on the edge of town, with that rural feel, yet only minutes from schooling options.
