Elanor joined REINZ in 1997 and quickly became an active contributor. Beginning as the Number One salesperson in Lower Hutt, she later established her first business in Napier under an international franchise in 2005. Since then, she has successfully operated businesses under both independent and franchise models, giving her a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges faced by real estate professionals. Today, she leads Ray White Hawke’s Bay, guiding a high-performing team dedicated to innovation, client care, and excellence.
