Celebrating Excellence at the Ray White Hawke’s Bay Regional Awards

Ray White Hawke’s Bay proudly gathered over the weekend to celebrate an outstanding year of achievement at the annual Hawke’s Bay Regional Awards. The evening recognised the talent, dedication, and community spirit that continue to set our teams apart across Napier, Hastings, and beyond.

With the support of our sponsors, Trade Me, Loan Market, and Hawke’s Bay in a Box, guests enjoyed an evening of connection, recognition, and celebration at Peak House, Havelock North. From sales excellence to community contribution, every award reflected the hard work and values that drive our business forward.

Key Highlights from the Night:

  • Top Agent Napier Tracey Campbell.
  • Top Agent Hastings Zak Marsden.
  • Top Team Hawke’s Bay John and Sandy Martis.
  • Alan White Elite Award Representing the top 3% of sales agents across the Ray White group. Congratulations to Tracey Campbell.
  • Premier Awards Performers Representing the top 11% of sales agents across the Ray White group. Congratulations to Zak Marsden, Di Martin, and Leanne Welsh.
  • Executive Awards Performers Representing the top 30% of sales agents across the Ray White group. Congratulations to Kerry Forman, John Martis, Sandy Martis, Cat Morgan, and Shane Pugh.
  • Best Customer Experience was awarded to Tracey Campbell for consistently delivering outstanding client care.
  • Both Outstanding Marketing and The Nurture & Growth Awards went to Leanne Welsh.
  • Community Champion Hawke’s Bay went to Jodi Hussey.

Guests also enjoyed light-hearted moments with fun awards like the Need for Speed Award, won by Carl Wezel for his legendary dedication to coffee runs.

Speaking on the night, Elanor MacDonald acknowledged the collective success of the year:
“These awards are about more than numbers. They celebrate the teamwork, energy, and care that our people bring every day, for our clients, our communities, and each other. We couldn’t be prouder of what’s been achieved.”
