Working in and managing heavy engineering workshops has given Phillip the practical hands-on experience in the design and build of machines, along with the ability to problem solve and relate to the person on the shop floor.
Working in the finance industry has given Phillip an in-depth insight into investor and market behaviour. Having designed and built a number of valuation models Phillip has turned his attention to appraisal benchmarking. Appraisal benchmarking tells you a lot about what is actually going on in the property market; it cuts through the noise and provides an insight that enables more accurate pricing that in turn leads to better decision making for clients.
When Phillip is not working he is spending time with his teenage son with cricket and school activities. Phillip is also a keen gardener with an interest in landscape design and timber construction.
